Our position
The report lands. Then what?
Most firms stop at the recommendation. The engagement closes and the client is left to find the capacity to act on it. Usually that capacity does not exist — which is why so many sound plans never leave the document they were written in.
We structured the firm differently. The same relationship that produces the assessment can also carry out the work: scheduling it, preparing the documents, keeping the records, chasing the parts that stall. It is a less glamorous proposition than pure strategy, and a considerably more useful one.
It has a second effect. Because a client can start with one service and widen the engagement later, nobody has to commit to a relationship before it has been earned.

These are not aspirations. They are the terms on which we take work, and you are entitled to hold us to every one of them.
Put it in writing
If a recommendation is not written down, it is just a conversation. Findings arrive in a form you can circulate, act on and hold us to.
Be capable of saying no
Advice is only worth something if it can be negative. We will tell you when a proposal is not worth what it costs.
One relationship throughout
The people who assess the business are the people who run the work. No handover, and no explaining it twice.
Fit the business, not the template
A recommendation that suits a hundred-person company is usually wrong for a six-person one. We size the answer to the organisation.
Discretion as standard
Client information stays with the people who need it to do the work, and goes nowhere else. It is not a premium feature.
Scope before we start
Deliverables, responsibilities, timelines and terms agreed in writing before any engagement begins.
We would rather decline an engagement than take one we cannot do properly.

- An introductory conversation at no cost, followed by an assessment. You see how we think before you commit to anything.

- Engagements conclude when the work is done. Records, documentation and working files are handed over in full.

Our registered office is in Victoria, on Mahé. Seychelles provides a stable and well-understood corporate framework, and gives us a base from which to support entities and operators who are rarely in the same place as the businesses they run.
Engagements are conducted remotely as standard — correspondence, documents and scheduled reviews handled through whichever channels suit you. Where something genuinely needs to be dealt with in person, we will tell you.
